FAQ

  • Do you offer services outside Sydney?

    We currently operates across the Sydney region and surrounding areas. Feel free to contact us to confirm if we can assist in your location. We don’t service other states at this time.

  • Which surfaces do you repair?

    Whether it’s flooring, benchtops, or furniture, we restore surfaces made from wood, laminate, veneer, tile, stone, or metal — bringing them back to a clean, cohesive finish.

  • How should I take photos for a quote?

    For a more accurate quote, please provide clear photos showing:

    1- A close-up of the damage, which shows pretty close;

    2- The full surface or object (so we can understand its context and size);

    3- One photo with something to compare the scale (like a coin, ruler or hand near the defect).

    This allows us to give you a more accurate estimate without needing an in-person inspection.

  • Once I send my request, what happens?

    We take a close look at the details, assessing the type of surface, the nature of the issue, and what’s realistically achievable. From there, we prepare a tailored free quote and send it you by email, usually within 1 or 2 business days.

  • Will the repair leave a mark?

    Our goal is always to minimize visibility as much as the material allows. Some surfaces allows for near-perfect blending, while others, especially high-gloss or ultra-smooth finishes, may retain subtle signs of the repair. We can’t promise invisibility — we promise craftsmanship, precision, and the most refined result your surface can support.

  • How durable are the repairs?

    We work with professional-grade materials and proven techniques to achieve a consistent look and lasting strength. While repairs are designed to be durable under normal use, longevity can vary depending on the surface, level of use, and exposure to moisture, heat and cleaning products. With proper care, repairs can last an extended period of time.

  • Is pricing fixed or does it depend on the damage?

    The cost depends on the extent and complexity of the repair. You’ll receive a free quote based on your repair with a fair pricing — no commitment required.
